- A proven business model and sales of at least £2m
( Ideally £5m - £25m )
- Privately owned or quoted
- UK or European based
- Opportunities to enhance the long term value of the company through organic growth or acquisition
- Manufacturing, industrial services or retailing
- Good functional management
- Capable of cash generation within a short timescale
