Our approach is to work quickly with incumbent management to develop and agree a 100 day plan to address the operational and financial
issues facing the company and determine the additional funds required. Post investment, we then work with management on an ongoing basis to monitor the implementation of that
plan and provide contacts and support as required. We are able to do this because within Pembridge Capital Partners we have operational as well as transactional experience.
We are not concerned about the degree of financial distress in the company when we become involved and are prepared to fund companies out of administration or CVA. We are also
not concerned about the complexity of the situation. When necessary to facilitate a transaction we will purchase the outstanding debt of the company.
We do not have any fixed timescale for holding investments. We are prepared to remain investors for as long as we are enhancing the business in partnership with management.
We always require management to become substantial shareholders in the company in order to align their financial objectives with those of the financial investors. |
