Pembridge Capital Partners Ltd was formed in 2004 to provide investment to small and medium sized businesses that may not be suitable for typical private equity
structured investment. In general this is because they are considered too risky.
Our equity is typically provided as a package with asset based or other forms of debt. The total funding package can range from as little as
£250,000 to as much as £15,000,000.
The money we invest is provided by high net worth individuals and specialist funds. The Pembridge partners also co-invest on each transaction.
To date we have invested in a wide range of sectors including: Medical products; Software; Business process outsourcing; Manufacturing and Retailing. |
